Description:
This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) to ensure campaigns are driving profitability and growth.
- Possess deep knowledge of fashion industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis to maintain a cutting-edge brand position.
- Develop and execute brand strategies that enhance visibility and drive customer engagement, with a focus on achieving measurable results.
- Work closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to align brand messaging across all platforms.
- Design and implement both digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including photoshoots, influencer collaborations, and seasonal launches.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns to build strong media relations and generate buzz around the brand.
- Create and manage campaign calendars, forecast trends, and stay ahead of fashion seasons.
- Collaborate with the director to ensure the brand vision and business goals are met and contribute to long-term brand growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and other collaborations to strengthen the brand's presence in the fashion industry.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, from product to marketing materials, aligning with the overall brand aesthetic and values.
- Analyze consumer insights and feedback to refine brand positioning and ensure continued relevance in the market.
Qualifications: Bachelors / Masters in Marketing
Experience: 5 to 7 years
