Description:
The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation across Apex Properties, Apex Construction, and our tech company. This role demands a creative, strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and a deep understanding of the real estate and technology markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement a cohesive brand strategy for Apex Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to inform brand positioning.
- Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including marketing collateral, website content, and social media posts, that reflects the brand’s voice and mission.
- Work closely with sales, development, and product teams to ensure brand strategies align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in branding across all internal and external communications.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong understanding of the real estate and technology markets, with experience in these industries preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organisation.
