Teamouts is looking for a Brand Manager to join a successful content agency and help us create high-quality content (specifically for our own website and social media) that ranks. Your primary responsibility will be to create informative and engaging articles that provide high value to our target audience and consistently achieve high SERP rankings for our Digital Marketing Agency. You must have a solid knowledge of core SEO principles and the ability to incorporate keywords and keyword variations into your articles seamlessly. You will be expected to conduct in-depth research on various topics to ensure your articles are 100% factually correct and aligned with our readers’ search intent. You will also be required to write original, creative, unique copy for our social media platforms that align with our brand voice. You will require a deep understanding of the target audience of our Agency and market trends to position the brand in the industry effectively.
As a Brand Manager at Teamouts, you will be a content team member. You will be expected to collaborate with our editors and implement their feedback and suggestions in your articles. To excel in the role, you must have an excellent grip on English grammar, punctuation, spelling, and style. In-depth knowledge of current SEO practices is obligatory. Our ultimate goal is to produce high-quality content that consistently ranks high on Google and reliably generates organic traffic for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- SEO On-Page Content Creation: Craft high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our website, ensuring all content is aligned with our brand voice and SEO best practices.
- Off-Page Content Writing: Develop engaging and relevant content for external platforms to enhance our backlink profile and online presence.
- Link Building Expertise: Demonstrate a solid understanding of internal and external linking strategies to bolster our SEO efforts and improve site navigation.
- Pillar and Cluster Content Development: Create comprehensive pillar pages and related cluster content, utilizing keyword clustering techniques to enhance topic relevance and search engine visibility.
- Adherence to Google EEAT Guidelines: Ensure all content aligns with Google’s Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (EEAT) guidelines, maintaining a high standard of quality and credibility.
- Google Business Profile Content: Produce concise and informative short blogs and updates for our Google Business Profile, helping to improve our local SEO and customer engagement.
- Case Study Writing: Showcase our success stories and industry expertise through well-researched and compelling case studies.
- Staying Updated with Google’s Algorithms: Stay abreast of the latest Google updates and changes, particularly those relevant to content creation and SEO, ensuring our content strategy remains effective and compliant.
- Research And Plan: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to produce accurate content representing our brand. Use the research to brainstorm and pitch creative ideas that enhance brand messaging and storytelling.
- Write Social Media Copy: Write creative and engaging copy tailored to each Social Media Platform while maintaining a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or related field.
- Demonstrated writing and typing skills.
- Minimum two years of experience creating content for social media and writing blogs.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience in writing SEO-optimised blogs.
- Strong communication, research, and typing skills.
