Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the brand and digital team and generate a SOLID impact in terms of brand awareness, consideration and digital uplift
-Development of annual marketing calendar, Annual budgeting, variance analysis.
-Analyzing the competitors on all receptivity touch points and monthly spend vs sales.
-Generate ideas in collaborations with various partners and ensure implementation of annual marketing plan
-Effectively manage agency partners (Creative, Media, Activation, OOH, Production Houses, Research, Digital) and any other vendor for day to day and project based activities.
-Work closely with Creative Agency to develop marketing materials of all variety (communication, artworks, POSM and other collaterals) in line with the brand positioning, imagery and guidelines
-Effective and efficient media planning and execution for campaigns on TV, Radio, print, OOH and digital platforms
-Plan and execute BTL activities including Events, Activations, Exhibitions and Seminars and ensure the media amplification as and when required.
-Manage content and presentation of social media pages including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and Amreli Steels website. Optimize the reach of posts and platforms organically and through paid activities.
-To manage all SEO related tasks of the company, manage website and google map and integration supervise and execute monthly content calendars
-To supervise Digital team on in-house content development pertaining to Employer branding specially on LinkedIn
-Coordination with various other departments to support them in marketing related tasks.
