Description:
We are hiring a proactive and strategic Brand Integration Specialist to connect top brands such as CocaCola Pakistan, Pepsi, and Nishat with our podcast platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing sponsorship deals, managing relationships with brand partners, and ensuring seamless integration of brand messages into our podcast content. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a strong network in the industry, and a keen understanding of brand marketing and podcast production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure high-value sponsorship deals with major brands for our podcast series, with a focus on morning shows and high-engagement slots.
- Utilize existing relationships and build new connections to expand our network.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with brand partners to foster long-term collaboration.
- Act as the primary contact between brands and our production team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Collaborate with brands to develop tailored integration strategies that effectively promote their products within our podcast content.
- Ensure brand messages are incorporated into our shows in a way that resonates with our audience.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential brand partners and understand their marketing needs, objectives, and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of sponsored content, providing brands with detailed reports and insights to demonstrate the value of their investment.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously explore new opportunities for brand integration and sponsorship in the podcast space.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in securing and managing brand partnerships and sponsorships, preferably in the media and entertainment industry.
- Strong network within the FMCG, apparel, media industries, with established contacts at major MNC brands.
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating high-value deals and managing complex partnerships.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand partners.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sponsorship plans that align with brand and company objectives.
