Description:

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the Islamic bank branch, including opening and closing procedures, cash management, implementation of AML/CFT regulations and security protocols, Operational Risk Management etc.
  • Ensure that the branch is in compliance with all banking regulations / policies both Internal and regulatory perspective.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support
  • Coach and develop branch staff, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
  • Monitor and manage branch performance, including dormant activation and fee income, customer satisfaction, service quality and operational efficiency

  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of banking regulations and policies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
