Branch Operation Manager

 

Description:

- Graduate or Masters

- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in the banking industry preferably in the field

of branch operations. Skill set required for the position

- Good Communication & Negotiation Skills.

- Time Management.

- Excellent Communication skills.

- Proficient in MS office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all administrative and operations tasks of the branch through liaison with

Head Office.

- Lead the branch operations team to set individual objectives, review performance

appraisals and provide on-going feedback on a formal and informal basis.

- Provide guidance and direction in implementation, execution of existing and new SOPs.

- Minimize the operational risk by strengthening internal controls.

- Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws

and regulations.
