Future Serve is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Study Abroad Project in Peshawar. This pivotal role requires strong leadership, micro-management skills, and expertise in student recruitment. The Branch Manager will be responsible for team supervision, operational efficiency, and strategic growth while ensuring a high-performance and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

• Lead and mentor a team of career counsellors, ensuring high productivity.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain regular communication with the Project Director, updating on progress.

2. Student Counselling & Support

• Provide career guidance to students and parents regarding study abroad opportunities.

• Assist in university selection, application processes, and visa documentation.

• Manage student inquiries and ensure efficient support.

3. Recruitment & Business Growth

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract prospective students.

• Establish partnerships with universities and recruitment channels.

• Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.

4. Operational Excellence

• Oversee smooth day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.

• Continuously improve student support services based on feedback.

• Stay updated on global education trends and visa regulations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in student counselling, recruitment, or team management.

• Experience in service industry/office management will also be considered.
