We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Islamabad branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, managing a team of consultants, ensuring excellent student support services, and driving business growth. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for education consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Operations:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Islamabad branch, ensuring smooth workflow and high service standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of education consultants and support staff.
- Monitor performance, set targets, and ensure achievement of business objectives.
- Student Consultation & Services:
- Oversee student counseling processes, ensuring high-quality guidance for university admissions.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve student engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on admission requirements, scholarships, and visa procedures for multiple countries.
- Business Development & Marketing:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollments and expand market reach.
- Build strong relationships with local schools, universities, and educational institutions.
- Represent Step4Progress at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.
- Client & Stakeholder Relations:
- Maintain partnerships with universities and educational institutions abroad.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address student concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with head office to align branch activities with company goals.
- Financial & Administrative Management:
- Manage branch budgets, control expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Oversee compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Generate reports on branch performance and provide insights for improvements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of managerial experience in education consultancy, student recruitment, or a related sector.
