Branch Manager

 

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Lahore. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, achieving sales targets, managing a team of education counsellors, day to day tasks, developing and executing recruitment strategies, fostering relationships with academic institutions, and monitoring recruitment performance. This role is located in Lahore.

The Branch Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, identify opportunities for growth, and provide sales reports to senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales management and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Understanding of the education industry and student recruitment process
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
