Description:
As the Branch Manager of our Lahore office, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the operations of the branch. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Providing leadership and direction to the Lahore office team.
- Managing and motivating staff to achieve targets and goals.
- Conducting regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including students and their families.
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
3. Business Development:
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
- Identifying new opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
4. Operational Oversight:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Lahore branch, including administrative tasks and client services.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Handling escalated issues and resolving conflicts as needed.
5. Financial Management:
- Managing the branch budget and expenses effectively.
- Monitoring financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.
- Reporting on financial metrics and performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the education or consultancy sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of the education industry and overseas study options.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English and Urdu; additional languages would be a plus.
