We’re passionate about turning compelling stories into beautifully formatted books, both in print and digital formats. Our dedicated team is looking for a skilled E-Book Formatter to join us on-site and help us ensure every manuscript meets our high quality and presentation standards.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Format manuscripts for various platforms, including print (e.g., paperback, hardcover) and digital (e.g., ePub, Kindle).

Ensure precise typesetting, spacing, and layout to enhance readability and aesthetic appeal.

Incorporate feedback to align the final product with the requirements and expectations of authors and publishers. Optimize graphics, tables, and images to fit within the text while preserving quality and clarity. Adhere to platform-specific guidelines and publishing standards for book layouts. Conduct comprehensive quality checks on all formats to identify and resolve formatting issues before publication.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Proven experience as a book formatter, book editor, or in a similar role within the publishing industry.

Familiarity with the self-publishing process on platforms like Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.

Proficiency with formatting tools and software such as MS Word or other relevant tools.

Basic image editing skills are a plus! Strong knowledge of typography, layout design, and book formatting principles.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
