Description:
A pioneering opportunity is open for an experienced Blockchain Protocol Engineer with deep expertise in Rust, cryptographic consensus mechanisms, and AI-integrated blockchain design. You will spearhead the development and optimization of a novel Layer 1 blockchain with a dual-consensus mechanism that combines LLM-assisted decision-making and traditional cryptographic systems (e.g., PoS, DAG, BFT). This is a role for innovators with a solid grasp of both blockchain architecture and post-quantum cryptography.
Design and implement a high-performance, decentralized L1 blockchain protocol using Rust.
Develop a dual-consensus system combining LLM-assisted AI logic with established consensus algorithms (PoS, DAG, BFT).
Build quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols, integrating lattice-based cryptography, hash-based signatures, and other post-quantum standards.
Write smart contracts in Solidity or Move, facilitating interaction between on-chain logic and off-chain AI agents.
Integrate Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) and homomorphic encryption to ensure robust privacy and computational efficiency.
Enhance validator node performance, optimizing for low latency, energy efficiency, and network throughput.
Participate in DAO governance design and tokenomics modeling, integrating AI-driven mechanisms.
Collaborate closely with AI engineers, cryptographers, and distributed systems experts to refine blockchain design.
Develop SDKs, APIs, and developer tools to foster adoption and enable efficient dApp development.
Stay updated with cutting-edge trends in blockchain, AI consensus, and quantum computing.
Strong command of Rust in the context of blockchain development (Substrate, Cosmos SDK, or custom frameworks).
Experience in Solidity for smart contract development and deployment.
Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms (PoS, DAG, BFT, or hybrid).
Proven knowledge of quantum-resistant cryptography, such as lattice-based encryption and STARKs/SNARKs.
Experience with AI-enhanced smart contracts and LLM integration in decentralized systems.
Solid foundation in distributed systems, P2P networking, and cryptographic security models.
Proficiency in EVM, WASM-based contracts, and cross-chain interoperability.
Hands-on experience with ZK-Rollups, homomorphic encryption, or multi-party computation (MPC).
Familiarity with platforms like Substrate, Tendermint, Cosmos SDK, Avalanche, etc.
Exposure to AI models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning in the context of blockchain governance.
Contributions to open-source blockchain or cryptography communities.
Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented codebases.
