Blockchain Lead

Beard Brothers Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager/Blockchain Lead to join our team. This unique role combines project management expertise with advanced blockchain development skills, specifically focusing on Solidity and various Ethereum standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of smart contracts using Solidity.

- Work with Ethereum standards including ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-404 to develop robust blockchain solutions.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure the highest standards of security and performance.

- Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology and integrate them into our projects.

- Lead and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of blockchain projects.

- Ensure that all tasks and milestones are completed on time and within budget.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Solidity and experience with Ethereum standards such as ERC-20, ERC-721, and ERC-404.

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the software or blockchain industry.

- Strong understanding of smart contracts and blockchain technology.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- A reputable project management certification is desirable.
