THE ROLE: We are looking for a versatile and experienced Blockchain Developer with a strong foundation in Rust and extensive experience in blockchain technologies, including Solana and other leading platforms. The ideal candidate will not only be proficient in Rust and blockchain principles but also possess a solid background in backend development with expertise in TypeScript and Node.js. This role is critical for developing and deploying cross-chain blockchain solutions, optimizing the performance of decentralized applications (dApps), and ensuring robust security practices across various blockchain ecosystems.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: We are looking for a candidate having 2-4 years of experience with the following skill set:

• Exceptional programming and logic building skills.
• Strong experience in Rust, with a portfolio of projects demonstrating proficiency in blockchain development.
• Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology with experience working on various platforms especially Solana. Familiarity with the principles of decentralized finance (DeFi) and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is advantageous.
• Experience in developing smart contracts on the Solana blockchain using frameworks like Anchor or Solana's native Rust SDK.
• Expertise in NFTs and Tokens related smart contract like Staking/ Unstaking, auction/bidding .
• Familiarity with tools and libraries specific to Solana development such as Solana CLI, Solana web3.js, Solana Serum DEX, Solana SPL Token program, etc.
• Proficient in at least one backend technology (TypeScript, Node.js, C#, or Java). Experience in developing and maintaining scalable server architectures.
• Understanding of cross-chain technologies and experience in developing interoperable blockchain solutions.
• Familiarity and experience of writing smart contracts for Ethereum compatible chains is a big plus.
• Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, or SVN.
• Ability to tackle complex technical challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or Computer Engineering from a reputable university with a strong academic background.
