Job Role & Responsibility:

• Perform different Bioinformatics Analyses and interpret the generated results
• Collect information (accession no., microRNA seq, NGS data),
• Phylogenetic Tree Construction, Homology Modeling, and Protein 3D Structure Evaluation
• Molecular Docking (Ligand-Protein Docking), Molecular Dynamic Simulation Analysis
• Conduct Gene Ontology, KEGG (Pathway) Gene Enrichment Analysis, Protein-Protein Interaction, etc.
• Utilize databases (NCBI or other Medical Databases for retrieving relevant information)
• Single-cell RNA-seq and other advanced bioinformatics analyses
• Perform analyses using statistical languages like R and/or Python for cutting-edge research.

Qualification:

• MPhil or PhD (Bioinformatics)

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience with R and/or Python
