• Client Billing and Communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in billing software systems
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Relevant experience in healthcare billing
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
   

Key Responsibilities:

Create and submit claims through AdvanceMD

Manage claim follow-ups to ensure timely reimbursement

Handle denials and rejections, ensuring prompt resolution

Process appeals and negotiate with insurance companies

Monitor accounts receivable and maintain accurate records

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards


Requirements:

Proven experience with AdvanceMD software

Strong understanding of medical billing processes

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail and ability to work independently

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance
