We are looking for a skilled Upwork and other platforms Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. The person will be working in business development team and will be responsible for bidding on various projects on Upwork and other platfroms that align with our company's services and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential projects on Upwork/other platfroms that align with our company's services and expertise.
• Update CRM and work towards lead generation.
• Prepare and submit high-quality proposals that effectively showcase our company's strengths and differentiate us from competitors.
• Communicate effectively with clients and respond to their queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Negotiate project terms and budgets with clients to ensure a win-win situation for both parties.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Upwork bidding or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
