Description:
Expedey, a software consultancy firm, is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented 𝐁𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐞𝐫 to join our team in Karachi. This role involves applying to job posts on various freelancing platforms, assigning and scheduling meetings between clients and our Sales Closer, and coordinating communications. The position follows a hybrid working model with night hours to align with international clients and markets.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐁𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬: Identify and apply to relevant job posts on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others, ensuring that bids are well-crafted and aligned with Expedey’s offerings.
𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Initiate communication with potential clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and set the stage for successful project engagement.
𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Schedule and assign meetings between potential clients and the Sales Closer, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡: Stay updated with trends on freelancing platforms, identifying new opportunities and optimizing bidding strategies.
𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Track and report on the status of bids, responses from clients, and the progress of ongoing discussions.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably with a background in bidding on freelancing platforms.
