Bid Specialist

 

Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Bid Specialist at Alpha Edits Official. The Bid Specialist will be responsible for managing bid processes, tender management, bid preparation, and proposal writing. Effective communication skills are crucial for this role to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork, LinkedIn, Fiverr, and other freelance platforms.
  • Create compelling and tailored proposals to attract potential clients.
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up with clients to secure projects.
  • Work closely with our marketing and IT teams to understand service offerings and translate them into winning bids.
  • Track bid success rates and report on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding and securing projects on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and Fiverr.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and IT services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with market trends and client needs.
