eSpark Consulting Group is currently recruiting for the position of Freelance Bid Specialist. As a Freelance Bid Specialist, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new freelance projects or clients for our company. Your primary responsibility is to identify and target potential clients or projects that align with our services, engage with clients effectively, and submit compelling project proposals. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the bidding process, exceptional communication skills, and a proven record of accomplishment of winning projects on various freelance platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
- Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding solutions.
- Prepare high-quality and persuasive project proposals, bids, and responses to RFPs that display our capabilities and services.
- Explore and develop new business opportunities and understand clients' requirements.
- Submitting a completed bid to an existing or prospective client, on time and within budget
- Bidding on Freelance, Fiverr, Upwork, and other freelance portals daily to acquire projects and convert those projects into long-term sales.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and forums to connect with potential clients and stay informed about industry trends and changes.
Requirements:
- A proven record with working experience of a minimum of 1 year on different bidding portals i.e., Upwork, freelancer, and others.
- Experience with interacting with clients in the US/ UK / Canada/ Australia.
- Experience in software house and sales is preferable.
- Good English fluency is necessary.
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
- A deep understanding of the relevant industry, including market trends, client needs, and competitors, is crucial for targeting the right opportunities.
- The flexibility to adapt to diverse client requirements and project types is essential in the dynamic world of freelance bidding.
