Bid Specialist Software industry We are looking for an experienced IT Bidders to join our team. The successful Bidders will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and preparing bids for IT-related services. Responsibilities: Researching and analyzing project requirements to determine the appropriate bidding strategy. Creating and submitting bids for IT projects as required. Negotiating with vendors to ensure competitive pricing. Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. Analyzing project data to determine the best possible solution for the customer. Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management. Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices. Requirements: Experience in IT bidding and negotiations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of IT project management processes.
