Bid Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including freelancing platforms, social media, and email marketing.
• Draft and submit proposals, bids, and responses to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the team to develop creative and effective solutions that meet clients' needs.
• Manage client relationships and maintain regular communication to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and other performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Acquiring business through different channels (Fiver, Upwork, Freelance, etc.).
• Quality project selection and bidding.
• Writing proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project.
• Gather client requirements, communicate the needs with the team, and deliver the project to the client. Talking on the phone, chatting applications, and Skype depending on the requirement of the client.
• Maintain a very high rating on all platforms.
• Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s).
• Experience with interacting with clients in US/ UK / Canada / Australia.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in a freelance or remote work environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in using freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
• Excellent writing and proposal development skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proven track record of successfully bidding and winning projects on freelancing platforms.
• Experience in the IT, software development, or digital marketing industry is a plus.
