HumanTek is looking for a talented Freelance Bidder Manager to join the team who can manage the whole bidding process efficiently and get work from Freelance platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, Upwork, Guru, and LinkedIn.

Job Responsibilities:

• Submitting a proposal efficiently on Fiverr, Freelancer, Upwork, Guru, and LinkedIn.

• Quality project selection and bidding.

• Communication with the client on a regular basis.

• Creating impressive proposals to attract clients.

• Gather client requirements, communicate them to the team, and deliver the project to the client.

• Maintaining the profile rate.

• Creating client estimates and quotations.

• Creating and maintaining the file of clients’ project details.

• Maintaining a good relationship with existing and new clients.

• Creating impressive proposals to attract clients.

• Should have exceptional leadership skills.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English writing.

• Knowledge of freelancing platforms.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Proposals Portfolio (if any)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree (Minimum)

• 3+ years of working experience as a Freelancer.
