Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the company's services and solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts or agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build a professional network.
- Continuously build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.

- Strong understanding of Upwork and LinkedIn platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
