Description:

  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers to generate sales leads and meet sales targets. Utilize various strategies, such as cold calling, networking, and attending trade shows or industry events, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's bark products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand their needs, provide customized solutions, and offer ongoing support to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Employ a consultative selling approach by understanding the specific requirements and challenges of customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to track individual and team progress. Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop effective sales strategies and optimize processes.
  • Develop and execute promotional strategies to increase brand awareness and generate interest in the company's bark products.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends.

Requirements:
