Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask or Django
• Design and optimize database queries in PostgreSQL for efficient data management
• Implement task queues and workflows using Celery
• Enhance backend performance to handle large-scale data and complex queries
• Utilize Redis for caching to improve application response times
• Assist in seamless data migration from Airtable, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Manage authentication systems and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
• Write comprehensive tests to ensure reliability and robustness
• Collaborate with the frontend team to ensure seamless API integration

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in Flask or Django frameworks
• Strong understanding of REST API design and backend development
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including query optimization
• Familiarity with Redis for caching and Celery for workflow automation
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure preferred)
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
