We are seeking a talented and experienced Backend Developer with a strong background in Zoho CRM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the backend systems and integrations that power our business processes, with a specific focus on optimizing our use of Zoho CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems, with a focus on integration and optimization of Zoho CRM.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience.
- Implement integrations with other business systems and third-party services, particularly within the Zoho suite.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring system stability, reliability, and performance.
- Write high-quality, clean, and maintainable code using best software development practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.
- Provide technical leadership in the area of CRM backend development, advising on best practices and new technologies.
- Document development phases and monitor systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand end-user requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development.
- Proven expertise in Zoho CRM, including customization, automation, and integration.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with database technology such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM frameworks.
- Familiarity with web server technologies like Node.js, J2EE, Apache, Nginx, ISS, etc.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
- Experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
