Back Office Senior Travel Consultant

Taza Ticket is seeking a Back Office Travel Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in using the Galileo Global Distribution System (GDS) to book, issue, re-issue, cancel, and refund travel reservations. The position is remote and requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Use the Galileo GDS to book air, hotel, car, and other travel reservations for clients Issue, re-issue, cancel, and refund tickets and travel reservations. Respond to client inquiries via phone and email. Provide exceptional customer service to clients. Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure smooth travel arrangements for clients. Maintain accurate records of client bookings and financial transactions.
