What You’ll Do At Deel
 

  • Ensure client payments are received in a timely manner, escalate to internal stakeholders if necessary
  • Chase client payments via email & telephone
  • Liaise with: Customer Success, Legal, Finance & support teams
  • Solve customer problems, and execute operations as required
  • Suggest ideas for optimising customer workflows through process improvements and product automation
     

Some Key Qualifications
 

  • Flawless English (min. C1)
  • At least 1 year experience in a Credit Control or other operations teams
  • You love supporting customers, solving their problems and executing relevant operations
  • High attention to detail and can design an organized, effective onboarding plan and schedule for clients
  • Willingness to work different shifts (potentially weekends or night shifts)
  • Driven, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Confidence in communicating with people at all levels both externally and within the organisation
