Back-end Developer Mern

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Back-End Developer with a strong background in the MERN stack. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of solid hands-on experience and a proven track record of working effectively in both project-based and product-based settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js and Express.js
• Integrate front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application
• Design and implement APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness
• Collaborate with front-end developers to build and extend new features
• Work on database design and management using MongoDB
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Proven experience in both project-based and product-based environments
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and related frameworks
• Solid understanding of API design and RESTful services
• Experience with version control systems such as Git
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
