Description:
TransLinguist is looking for a highly motivated B2B Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This role requires a professional who can engage with clients, draft proposals, and support business growth.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Professionals in the early stages of their career are encouraged to apply.
- 1 – 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Account Director.
- Provide valuable input in business tasks and regularly communicate with the management team.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients via virtual meetings and email.
- Draft and share meeting minutes, technical and financial proposals with potential clients.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of TransLinguist’s products & services.
- Monitor industry trends and draft business requirements to enhance product offerings.
- Lead product demonstrations for potential clients.
- Provide product & service information, negotiate deals, and close leads.
- Act as the primary point of contact between TransLinguist and clients.
- Address and resolve client queries and concerns efficiently.
- Understand client business needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Assess client-specific requirements in global tenders and create customized technical and financial proposals that meet submission criteria.
