Offshore Linx is looking for a results-driven B2B Appointment Setter to engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for confident communicators with strong cold-calling skills, persistence, and a structured approach to follow-ups.
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to key decision-makers.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Prioritize calls over emails, using email follow-ups strategically.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
Meet and exceed performance targets for calls and appointments.
Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.
Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
Strong ability to handle objections and drive conversations forward.
Experience using CRM tools for lead management.
