Offshore Linx is looking for a results-driven B2B Appointment Setter to engage with potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role is ideal for confident communicators with strong cold-calling skills, persistence, and a structured approach to follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to key decision-makers.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Prioritize calls over emails, using email follow-ups strategically.

  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

  • Meet and exceed performance targets for calls and appointments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling or appointment setting.

  • Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.

  • Strong ability to handle objections and drive conversations forward.

  • Experience using CRM tools for lead management.

  • Full-time availability with a commitment to long-term collaboration.
