Autocad Drafter

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Drafter at HK Group of Companies located in Rawalpindi. The Drafter will be responsible for performing day-to-day drafting tasks, including creating detailed drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects and engineers. The Drafter will collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to ensure accurate and precise drawings that meet project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and 3D modeling.
• Knowledge of interior fit-out, space planning, and commercial interior environments.
• Experience in creating as-built drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ability to produce complete architectural drawings for commercial projects, including civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction documents.
• Skilled in designing fire alarm systems using AutoCAD MEP.
• Prepare elevations, cut sheets, construction details, sections, and construction documents.
• Coordinate systems like electrical, plumbing, lighting, fire alarm, and HVAC.
• Translate architects' and engineers' renderings into working plans, elevations, sections, and details.
