Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Authorization Executive in Lahore. The role involves tasks such insurance verification, referral calls and eligibility verification.

Responsibilities:

• Verify the patient’s case from insurance.
• Referral Calls.
• Document the eligibility of patient.
• Organize each client and patients’ data accordingly.
• Coordinate documents/files timely.
• Maintain accurate records of client/patients’ interactions.
• Follow up with clients and update system timely.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with the clients.
• Attention-to-detail, adaptable and able to work independently.
• Collaborate with own and other teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
