Audit Trainee

Description:

The Reckoner, a UK-based organization providing audit and accounting services to UK clients, is hiring an Audit Trainee to join their team in Islamabad. This is an excellent opportunity to gain international experience while working on diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute audits for various clients, including public and private companies, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.

• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff.

• Prepare audit reports and other documentation.

• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to discuss audit findings and provide recommendations.

• Stay current on the latest accounting and auditing standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• ACCA qualified.

• 0-1 year of experience in auditing, preferably from audit firms.

• Strong understanding of IFRS/IAS/ISA accounting and auditing standards; knowledge of FRS UK-GAAP is a plus.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in computer and Excel skills; experience with CaseWare is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:

• 1 PM to 10 PM in Summer

• 2 PM to 11 PM in Winter
