Audit & Compliance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Conduct audit engagements and ensure compliance with audit standards.
• Oversee bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with all reporting frameworks under the Companies Act.
• Apply International Standards of Auditing and ensure best practices in financial reporting.
• Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations affecting financial compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage audit teams effectively.
• Collaborate with various departments to enhance internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience working in an audit firm.
• Preferably AAFR & AARS paper passed or ACCA qualified.
• Sound knowledge of bookkeeping and financial statement preparation.
• Strong understanding of all reporting frameworks under the Companies Act.
• Proficiency in International Standards of Auditing.
• Comprehensive knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to auditing and compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
