Summary

As an Associate UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital products. You will collaborate with senior designers, product managers, and developers to create compelling designs that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with product goals and user needs.

• Create visually appealing UI components and design assets for web and mobile applications.

• Maintain design consistency by adhering to style guides and best practices.

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field

Skills

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• A portfolio showcasing your design work and process.

Experience

Fresh to maximum 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or a related role.
