We are looking for an Associate Systems Administrator to manage and support Salesforce and integrated Enterprise Systems applications used across our internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, system integration, and business processes to optimize system performance and user experience.

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce administration or business systems management.
✅ Salesforce Administration Certification is a must.
✅ Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Architecture.
✅ Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system-related issues efficiently.
✅ Engineering background with knowledge of business systems technology.
✅ Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
✅ Strong analytical, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Experience with Zuora and NetSuite is a plus.
