The selected candidate will work on high-performance, scalable, and robust fintech applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications
✔ Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers on solutions
✔ Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
✔ Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects
✔ Participate in the full software development lifecycle (design, testing, deployment, maintenance)
✔ Ensure applications are scalable, reliable, and secure
✔ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
🔹 0-2 years of experience in Java development
🔹 Strong knowledge of Java SE, Java EE, Spring, and Hibernate
🔹 Experience working with RESTful APIs, microservices, and web services
🔹 Database expertise (Oracle) and ORM tools
🔹 Understanding of software development principles and design patterns
🔹 Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
🔹 Ability to work independently and within a team
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points!):

⭐ Experience in financial technologies
⭐ Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
⭐ Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps
⭐ Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
⭐ Java certifications are a plus
