Description:
Simpaisa – a global consumer fintech firm, is looking for an Associate project manager who owns the technical and operational relationship with new and existing merchant providers and leads the technical integration of the Simpaisa product.
Responsibilities:
· Project Planning & Execution: Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing projects from initiation to closure.
· Software Delivery: Manage and oversee the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation of deliverables.
· Documentation: Create and maintain critical project documentation, including but not limited to: Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Project Charters, Risk Registers, Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
· Agile & Scrum Practices: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) and contribute to the overall Agile workflow.
· Tool Utilization: Leverage project management tools like Jira and MS Project to track progress, identify risks, and manage deliverables.
· Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and priorities.
· Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while maintaining a comprehensive risk register.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with business objectives.
