Associate Product Owner

Description:

S&P Global is seeking an Associate Product Owner to join the Digital and Program Excellence Product Management Team. This role involves managing tools and systems unique to the CI organization, enhancing operational efficiency, and optimizing business processes using innovative technology. You will work within an agile framework, prioritize and oversee feature deliveries, and enhance the SFDC (Salesforce) platform and integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Define, develop, and implement the strategic roadmap for Salesforce and integrated systems.
📌 Gather business requirements from global SFDC CI stakeholders and guide process improvements.
📌 Write user stories, own and prioritize the product backlog, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
📌 Work closely with the Scrum Master to manage sprint planning and execution.
📌 Communicate with stakeholders regarding product roadmaps, timelines, and status updates.
📌 Collaborate with Salesforce Field Support to implement enhancements and fix defects.
📌 Track business value and efficiency gains through delivered solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Super User, preferably with Agile methodology.
✔ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a curiosity to question the status quo.
✔ Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements effectively.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
