Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Odoo ERP Functional Associate. The Associate will be responsible for:

• Providing Functional support for Odoo ERP

• Collaborate closely with clients to ensure smooth execution of their day-to-day activities in the Odoo ERP system

• Monitor and resolve support tickets and requests raised by clients on a daily basis

• Provide comprehensive support for all activities related to Odoo ERP, including troubleshooting, user guidance, and system updates

• Assist in the documentation of processes and support cases to enhance service efficiency

• Assisting in system enhancements and configurations

• Collaborating with technical team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo ERP functionalities

Qualifications:

• ACCA Finalist/CA (Intern)/ACMA, Bachelors in Accounting&Finance.

• Basic understanding of ERP systems; prior exposure to Odoo ERP is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with basic troubleshooting and technical support practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
