What You'll Do:

• Be a Visionary: Work closely with the CSO and Research Lead to bring thoughtful, impactful ideas to the table and help position us ahead of the competition.
• Develop Campaigns: Create and execute marketing campaigns that drive growth for our B2B SaaS products, with a strong focus on brand identity evolving to lead generation.
• Craft Content: Develop messaging and collateral that aligns with our marketing strategies and target audience (ICP).
• Team Up: Work cross-functionally with our content, design, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, and solve a ton of problems in-between :)

What You Bring:

• A creative mind with the ability to combine original thinking with practical execution.
• A thoughtful-first approach to marketing that looks beyond just numbers and metrics.
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• At least 2 years of experience in growth marketing, specifically within B2B SaaS.
