Associate Manager

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Associate Manager Sales Operations & Compliance to join our team! As an Associate Manager in this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our SMB sales team adheres to all the legal standards as well as internal policies and procedures. You will be responsible for enforcing regulations across the SMB sales organization as well as provide guidance on compliance matters.

A great Compliance Manager is well-versed in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices. You must be comfortable saying “no” when necessary and be result-oriented. Professionalism and high ethical standards are expected for this position. The goal is to preserve the company’s integrity by making sure it stays on a lawful and ethical course.

What You’ll Do
 

• Create a strategy for preventing violations of legal rules and internal policies guidelines.
• Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues.
• Design, improve and implement productive and efficient company policies.
• Supervise and oversee the work of colleagues (leading a team of two analysts).
• Create reports / executive readouts for senior sales and operations management.
   

What We’re Looking For
 

• Previous working experience as a sales compliance manager (1+ years experience).
• 3+ years of experience working as a compliance analyst within SaaS / Inside Sales.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of reporting operations and procedures (Salesforce and Excel / G-sheets).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning & documentation abilities.
• Previous experience working directly with VP and Director + leaders.
