Associate Lawyer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at Hassan & Hassan in Lahore District, Pakistan. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling civil law cases, corporate and commercial legal matters, bankruptcy and commercial insolvency issues, and assisting with international and local arbitration cases. Additionally, the Associate Lawyer will work on banking and finance matters, legal drafting, and contracts related to various legal fields.

Qualifications

• Civil Law, Corporate Law, and Commercial Law skills
• Experience in bankruptcy, commercial insolvency, and arbitration
• Banking and Finance expertise
• Knowledge of International Trade Law and Foreign Investment regulations
• Legal drafting and contract negotiation skills
• Understanding of Telecommunication Laws and IT Contracts
• Ability to handle environmental law and litigation matters
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in labour law, intellectual property law, or trust law is a plus
