Responsibilities:

• Analysis of client's business requirements and objectives and working with them to meet those objectives
• Assess client's needs for software training and implementation services
• Application configuration, implementation, and data conversion
• Train users in application use and configuration
• Assist clients in application testing and rollout
• Recommend business process improvements
• Analyze and specify application enhancements
• Meet minimum monthly utilization percentage

Requirements:

• Applicant must have good knowledge of (Sales Cycles, Finance, HRM, Accounts, Inventory Production, and CRM)
• Applicant must be a graduate of a reputable university
• Applicant must have 2 years or more experience in the relevant domain
• Must have a good command of ERP/HCM modules
• Applicant should have good business analytical skills
• Good communication skills
• Must have customer-building skills
