Description:
The Associate Global Quality Documentation is responsible for is responsible for Customer quality request handling in a timely manner for the products from the Ingredion’s manufacturing sites all over the globe. This includes specifications completion, supplier and manufacturing site assessments and responses to the basic queries.
Core Responsibilities
Product Specifications Completion
- Complete customer Quality specifications accurately and in a timely manner, to meet customer expectations.
- Alignment on the agreed specified parameters, compliance procedures and monitoring plans.
- Analyze, review and priorities responses on daily basis.
- Maintain systems for administration, storage, and retrieval of customer specification agreements.
Supplier/Manufacturing Site Qualification
- Complete/conduct the customer’s remote audits/ paper-based audit for compliance to ISO Standards, SEDEX/SMETA requirements and adherence to the regulations to the country of manufacture and destination of the product.
- Create/arrange documentation for the approval of manufacturing site.
- Follow up with the manufacturing site, regional quality team for the timely closure of raised NC’s to maintain the approved status.
Non-Extranet Documentation
- Create/arrange/maintain documentation for product Ingredients, Origin, Compliance declarations to customer specific requirements.
- Complete, review updated customer assurance statements on specification reviews.
- Flagging the hot topic/emerging issues and customer requests to the team lead for timely action.
Ingredion plants data management
- Track site certification information on the company extranet and ensure this is current.
- Collection/storage, data maintenance of PFD, SDS, PDS for all manufacturing locations globally for the products sold in EMEA.
- Proactive intimation of availability of documents for Ingredion manufacturing sites globally that are needed to approve the relevant manufacturing site and products at customer ends.
Customer relationship management
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with customers to facilitate negotiation and discussions on specifications to win business.
- To provide the correct information to the customers about the product Safety, Quality and Regulatory to facilitate them launching their product.
Mandatory Requirements
Qualified candidates will have:
- Degree: Master’s in food science and technology or microbiology
- Work experience: 1-2 years in food manufacturing industry
- Experience in supporting customers with technical documentation, remote auditing.
- Data management skills
- English fluency, both written and spoken
