Roles & Responsibilities:

• The Service Desk supports Nayatel's enterprise users.
• Network Administration of Routers, Switches, and Wi-Fi. Installation, management, and support on network-related issues.
• Computer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OS, Software, Microsoft Office apps, and other IT-related issues.
• Printer & Scanner installation.
• CCTV IP camera management.
• Good personality and soft skills.

Educational Requirements:

• DAE in Telecom/Electronics/Electrical.
• Computer/IT knowledge
• Basic Networking skills. (CCNA/CompTIA will be preferred)
