Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director of Valuations to join our growing team in Karachi. In this strategic leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our valuations practice. You will not only lead and manage a team of valuation professionals, but also contribute to the growth of the valuations business by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. Additionally, you will leverage your expertise to provide strategic guidance and support to other verticals within the business.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct and manage complex real estate valuations in accordance with international valuation standards (IVS) and best practices.
- Utilise a variety of valuation methodologies, including income capitalisation approach, sales comparison approach, and cost approach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
- Lead and mentor a team of valuation professionals, providing oversight and support for their professional development.
- Develop business in the valuation space, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Provide strategic leadership and support to other verticals within the business, leveraging your valuation expertise.
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends and regulations impacting real estate valuations.
- Prepare high-quality valuation reports that are clear, concise, and well-supported.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in valuation, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated expertise in applying various valuation methodologies.
- Strong understanding of international valuation standards (IVS).
- Strong business development skills with a focus on building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
